I had initial worries when I took the base cushion out of the vacuum-sealed bag as it felt less firm than expected. After putting it inside the cover, it puffed up and became firmer over the next few hours. It feels nice, seems reasonably priced, and looks great in the space. I was so impressed that I just ordered a second one!
